Crystal Clear 3D is seeking an experienced Senior Jewelry CAD Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create highly detailed CAD models of fine jewelry tailored to U.S. market standards, from prongs and baskets to complex stone settings. You’ll prepare files for production, collaborate with design and rendering teams, and lead projects from concept to final CAD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D CAD models (STL/3DM) of fine jewelry, specifically tailored to U.S. market standards.
• Design prongs, baskets, shanks, and stone settings with technical precision and aesthetic appeal expected in American jewelry.
• Prepare CAD files for 3D printing and production, including casting, stone setting, and finishing.
• Collaborate with design, rendering, and production teams to ensure projects meet client deadlines and specifications.
• Stay updated on U.S. jewelry trends and CAD technologies to continuously improve creativity and technical accuracy.
• Lead complex design projects independently, from concept to final production-ready CAD.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in jewelry CAD design.
• Mastery of Rhino and Matrix/MatrixGold for advanced modeling.
• Proficiency in ZBrush for organic and artistic jewelry forms.
• Deep understanding of U.S. jewelry design preferences, manufacturing standards, and setting styles.
• Ability to interpret client sketches or briefs into precise CAD models ready for U.S. market production.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on high-volume projects.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Jewelry CAD File Preparation Specialist to join our team in Trstenik. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 3DM files for 3D
printing and casting, adding sprues, ensuring printability, and keeping a structured file-naming system to match our U.S. client standards.
Location: Trstenik, Serbia
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and finalize 3DM files for 3D printing and casting.
• Add sprues and supports for accurate and clean casting.
• Inspect and correct CAD files (non-manifold surfaces, mesh holes, etc.).
• Apply clear, professional naming conventions in line with client requirements.
• Maintain organized digital libraries for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with CAD designers and project managers to meet deadlines for U.S. clients.
